I've used Accotax for a number of years now to complete my annual tax returns which I always find extremely stressful as I'm so disorganised and can never find important stuff. I'm consequently always last minute. This year I was worse than ever but Saad was extremely patient. He sent constant reminders to encourage me. Eventually I got the information together in my very haphazard fashion and Saad pieced it together very quickly and efficiently. I honestly regret using this accounting service. What I got was a mix of incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Basic accounting tasks were mishandled, deadlines were missed, and I constantly had to follow up just to get simple answers. It felt like I knew more about my own books than the people I was paying to manage them. Mistakes were brushed off instead of corrected, and accountability was nonexistent. If you value accuracy, reliability, or peace of mind, this is not the service for you. There are far better options out there.
